Acupuncture
Acupuncture
This ancient healing art has been used in Asia for over 5,000 years. Key meridian points on the surface of the skin are stimulated with lasers or tiny pellets thus moving blocked energy (chi) and restoring the body's natural self-curative abilities. Stimulation of these acupuncture points also releases muscular tension and promotes the circulation of blood and the chi to aid healing. Acupuncture Therapy is conducted without needles using an Acu-laser.
Auricular Therapy
More than one hundred acupuncture points are present on the ear which relate to various organ systems and parts of the body. These points connect with the major meridian networks of the body. These points are used to treats pain and dysfunction, and restore the free flow of chi through the body. Often this therapy is used for smoking cessation, weight loss and addiction therapies.
Korean Hand Therapy
Similar to the ear in Auricular Therapy, the hands contain the entire acupuncture meridian energy system in miniature. In 1971, Dr. Tae-Woo Yoo, discovered and mapped these points, then developed the practice of Korean Hand Therapy. This therapy is highly effective for pain management.
